Terms & Conditions TradeStats

Scope and Contracting Party

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the TradeStats platform (www.tradestats.io), operated by Graf Consulting GmbH, Keplerstrasse 105/4, 8020 Graz, Austria (“TradeStats”, “we”, “us”). By registering, you expressly agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email; if you do not object within 30 days, the updated terms are deemed accepted.

Service Description

TradeStats is a cloud-based trading journal that allows users to:

• manually log and document trades with notes, strategies, and images
• automatically import trades via the official API of supported brokers
• import trades via manual CSV upload
• view statistics and performance analytics based on their trading history

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue features of the platform at any time without liability to the user.

No Financial Advice

TradeStats is a documentation and analytics tool only. The platform does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or any financial services. All information displayed is for educational and documentation purposes only. All trading decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk. TradeStats is not liable for any losses arising from decisions made based on platform analytics.

Registration

Registration is free. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. Your account is non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

Free Trial

Upon registration, you receive access to a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your payment method on file will be charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscription and Pricing

Monthly plan: USD 12.95 / month

Annual plan: USD 129.60 / year

Billing is handled by Paddle. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes. Subscriptions are paid in advance.

Cancellation and Data Retention

You may cancel your subscription at any time — monthly plans at the end of the current billing month, annual plans at the end of the current billing year. You retain full access to the platform until the end of the paid period.

After the paid period ends, your account is set to “inactive”. Your journal data (trades, notes, strategies, images, statistics) remains fully intact. You can reactivate your account at any time by starting a new subscription and pick up right where you left off.

No automatic deletion of your data takes place. If you wish to have your data permanently deleted, send an email to info@tradestats.io. Deletion will be completed within 30 days.

TradeStats is not responsible for continued subscription charges if a user forgets to cancel. It is the user’s sole responsibility to cancel in time.

Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Exceptions apply only in cases of verified technical errors on our part.

Broker API Connection

TradeStats allows users to connect supported broker accounts via official broker APIs for automatic trade import. The following applies:

• You connect your broker account at your own responsibility via the broker’s official API interface
• TradeStats stores only the transmitted trade data — no login credentials or passwords
• You are solely responsible for the security of your API keys
• TradeStats is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse or compromise of API keys
• The list of supported brokers may change over time as new integrations are added or removed

User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes and not to upload or share content that:

• violates applicable law
• infringes third-party rights (copyright, trademark, personal rights)
• is offensive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate
• contains malware or other harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All platform content (texts, graphics, logos, software) is protected by copyright and is the property of TradeStats. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

Availability and Data Security

We strive to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Liability for data loss resulting from technical issues is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

TradeStats is not liable for trading losses or missed profits resulting from decisions made based on platform analytics. Liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the relevant billing month, to the extent permitted by law. We assume no liability for damages caused by force majeure (e.g. third-party network outages, broker API failures).

Termination by TradeStats

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account without prior notice in cases of violation of these Terms & Conditions or fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Graz, Austria.

Severability

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
